The Barriere Park Show & Shine 2017, Swap Meet, Automobile & Motorcycle Event held July 8 at Fadear Park in Barriere was not in the least deterred by the thick haze of smoke that hung in the valley from the numerous wildfires taking place within the Interior of B.C. Folks still turned out in force to check out the vehicles, vendors, swap meet items and enjoy the concessions on site. The event was presented by R&C Mechanical who say that any monies raised at the event will be donated to the Barriere Skateboard park project.
