A fair-sized crowd of young people and their parents or caregivers took part in the Clearwater Children’s Art Festival at Dutch Lake Community Centre on Wednesday, Aug. 9. North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo’s Ambassador program 2017 candidates, Miss Insight Tire Emma Hamblin, and Miss Barriere IDA Payden Irving, were on site to hand out passports to the event attendees. Participants then went from booth to booth, trying their hand at different arts and crafts, and then receiving a stamp on their passports for their efforts.
