Editor, The Times:
This is unbelievable.
Smokers on the roadside behind Ponderosa Place downtown, adjacent to Royal Inland Hospital, take their smoke breaks on the roadside. It’s very concerning to witness them tossing their butts on the ground, give them a couple twists of the shoe, then walk away.
With traffic going by and the helicopter pad nearby, that cigarette butt could be blown anywhere.
Come on, smokers, use your brains.
