Barriere Secondary Athletics
A big congratulations to the Barriere Secondary Junior Girls Volleyball team who has been progressing very well over the season. The girls finished seventh out of 28 teams at the TRU volleyball tournament in late October.
The team is currently looking to finish the regular season off with a few more wins before playoffs on the Nov. 10-11 weekend.
A big thank you goes out to Louise Lodge for all of her hard work and dedication in helping our Junior Girls this season, and good luck
in November to the Junior girls!
The Senior Girls Volleyball team has finished third in league play and will be hosting Ashcroft and Kumsheen on Tuesday, Nov. 7, for a chance to go to playoffs.
Playoff games will be held on Thursday Nov. 9, at St. Anns in Kamloops.
Thank you to Tiffany Bowser who has continued to develop a strong volleyball program at Barriere Secondary School.
