It is time to get your applications in to the 911 Golf Tournament for funding/donation requests.

Each year the 911 Golf Tournament committee donates the proceeds from the annual tournament, which was held earlier this year, to youth programs.

Proposals for local youth initiatives are now being accepted until Oct. 14. If your organization or group has a project supporting youth in our community fill out the application, which can be found in on page 7 of this paper or stop by the Barriere RCMP office to pick one up.

Your applications can be dropped off at the RCMP office which will be reviewed. The successful applicants will be contacted by phone by the end of October.

Fore further information contact Theresa Kirkwood at 250-672-9918 or stop by the RCMP office at 4487 Barriere Town Road.
