The various 4-H projects that the members will be exhibiting are being readied to attend the wrap up event of the year.

Sheep and goats have been shorn, beef animals have had their hooves trimmed. Horse, dog and rabbit members are busy practicing with their projects so on show day they will be at their best.

The photography members are busy taking pictures trying to capture that perfect shot for their sale photo.

Many members will be attending their community Fall Fairs before heading to the North Thompson Agriplex on Sept. 23 – 26, 2016, for Provincial Winter Fair.

After three full days of competition there will be a Live Auction of Market Beef, Lamb, Photography and Goat projects on Monday Sept. 26, starting at 10 a.m.

Buyers are invited to attend the Provincial Winter Fair’s Buyers Breakfast, generously sponsored by RBC starting at 7:30 a.m., at the Barriere Curling Rink the morning of the sale before heading over to bid at the auction.
