The Barriere & District Heritage Society Spring Raffle was drawn at Barriere AG Foods last week with Society rep Fran Wagstaff overseeing the draw of six names, and then helping to notify the six of their good fortune. Funds generated by the raffle will be used to support the North Thompson Museum and Archives.
Raffle winners are:
• First - $100 gift certificate to Barriere AG Foods won by Linda Spottiswood.
• Second - $100 gift certificate to Barriere Timbermart won by Crystal.
• Third - $50 gift certificate to Barriere Country Feeds won by Cheryl Cochran.
• Fourth - $50 gift certificate to Bee’s Blossons won by Tom Fennell.
Fifth - $50 gift certificate to Bee’s Blossoms won by K. Brice.
Sixth - $50 gift certificate to Barriere IDA Pharmacy won by Shannon Loewan.
“Thank you to Barriere AG Foods for letting us sell tickets in the lobby,” said society president Lorene Fennell, “Thank you to Country Feeds, Petro Can, and The Annex Thrift Store for selling our raffle tickets on their counters, and thank you to all who purchased tickets to support our fundraiser.”
