The Barriere Lion’s Club recent Book Fair produced $520 in sales. Monies raised from the annual event are donated to improving literacy and learning in the area. Pictured is Lion’s Club president Len Van Nieuwkerk presenting the cheque to Barriere and Area Literacy Outreach Coordinator Jill Hayward. Hayward says the funds go towards supporting area programs such as Parent Child Mother Goose
