Barriere Secondary students were proud to announce their annual Terry Fox Run at the school collected $1,252.40 for cancer research this year.
“As a school we sold Terry Fox t-shirts, collected ‘Toonies for Terry’, had a barbecue lunch with all the proceeds donated, and held a very successful bottle drive,” says Barriere Secondary’s secretary in charge Kris Luison, “Terry’s message of hope lives on and remains strong. Well done Cougars.:”
