On Apr. 1, a group of 34 ladies gathered to spend a day spinning and meeting with old and new friends at the Station House Restaurant in Barriere. The ladies came from 70 Mile House, Cache Creek, Kamloops, Burton, Chase, Tappen, Salmon Arm, Clearwater and of course Barriere.
There were vendors present with lovely wool and fibre for sale. A tasty lunch was served, and everyone started heading for home around 3 p.m. It was an enjoyable day for all present.
