Breakfast With Santa was a buffet of Christmas fun

The Annual Breakfast With Santa at the Barriere Lions Hall last Saturday once again provided a buffet of Christmas joy for families and area residents. Thanks to major sponsor Interior Savings, the Lions Club for their hall and culinary expertise, plus numerous volunteers, the event provided good food, good memories, and sent every youngster home with a stuffy and books from Barriere and Area Literacy Outreach.

The Simpcw drummers group opened the event, and the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association Ambassadors helped Santa Claus with photographs. In all the event was a good one, and better yet the proceeds are going to the Barriere Food Bank.
