Leah Jones and the North Thompson Community Chorus say, “If you can’t afford ‘Cats” or the ‘Phantom Of The Opera’,  a phantom of your imagination or in your dreams – then wait no longer! The Barriere and Clearwater ‘Broadway Review’ is ready for the public’s review on April 10 in Clearwater, and April 11 in Barriere.”

The North Thompson Community Chorus are ready to present their spring performance of Broadway songs; reporting the evening will be “…full of solos, duets, surprise guest singers, and this year, a professional Master of Ceremonies to introduce the songs.”

Conductor Leah Jones says some of the choices for the performance will include:

• If I Were A Rich Man – from Fiddler On The Roof

• Somewhere Over The Rainbow –   from the Wizard of Oz

• I Don’t Know How to Love Him –  from Jesus Christ Superstar

• Something There – from Beauty and The Beast

Jones says, “You can talk to a choir member for tickets, or you can find tickets at the Jim’s Market in Clearwater or Little Fort, or in Barriere at the Petro Canada station in Barriere.”

Barriere will be hosting the singers at the Pentecostal Christian Life Assembly Church on April 11, and Clearwater’s performance will be on the stage at Dutch Lake Community Center on April 10.   Both shows start at 7 p.m.

See you there!
