Delivering Christmas to Pioneer Residence seniors in Barriere

There was plenty of laughter and smiles at the Yellowhead Pioneer Assisted Living Residence in Barriere the morning of Monday, Dec, 21, when Santa (Priscilla Krause), and seven colourfully decked out elves from one family (Paul, Jayde, Maddy, Grayce, Taya, Sebastian, and Jen Nickel) arrived to bring some special seasonal joy to the residents.

Due to Santa’s reindeer needing to rest up for their big trip tonight, miniature horses Susie and Romeo filled in for the big guys, complete with reindeer antlers and hugs for everybody.
