Gardeners get jump start from local 4-H

Members of the Yellowhead 4-H Club were super busy last Friday sorting numerous plants and sacks of potting soil in readiness for pick up by supportive area residents. The annual 4-H plant sale is a major fundraiser for the club and also provides a much anticipated event for local gardeners on a Mother’s Day weekend. Thanks to the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association for providing the Agriplex banquet hall for the sorting a delivery. (Jill Hayward photo)
