Jim Cryderman says he is pretty excited to be opening his new business in the community of Barriere this Friday.
Cryderman is a registered massage therapist and his new business will be situated at the Reiki for Health Wellness Center, #3-4628 Barriere Town Road.
The new business owner says he was previously in private practice in Prince George for 21 years, then recently moved to the area to be closer to classes in Washington – classes in tracking and survival skills, and Native philosophy.
“I use a variety of massage techniques,” said Cryderman, “My main focus is on client education, self care and rehabilitation, body awareness and stress management. I’m also a Tai Chi instructor and teach a variety of health and wellness programs.”
The businessman says that in order to meet the community he is offering free 20 minute sessions on Friday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only.
“This will be an assessment of any current or chronic muscular-related pain issues, with tips on self-care,” says the therapist, “I will try to answer any questions you may have regarding your condition.
