The Barriere Health Clinic has recently purchased a WelchAllyn Vital Signs Monitoring Unit, thanks to a donation of $3,600 from the Barriere Lions Club. The unit is portable, and can be programed to take a patient’s vital signs every two, five, or 20 minutes (and more).
“It is a huge improvement to how we take a patient’s vital signs,” stated Nursing Services and Care Lead, Lorelei Rogers. “We are very grateful to the Lions for their generous donation.”
