Hello! Haille Johnson and Jonathan Fennell here, your North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Ambassadors, to tell you what we have been involved in since Nov. 16, 2019.
You may have seen or visited with us at some of the holiday season events held in Barriere, the Annual No Host Bazaar, the Christmas Tree Light Up in Fadear Park, or the Breakfast With Santa at the Lions Hall.
We hosted a table of goodies at our No Host Bazaar and we were able to sell out of everything thanks to the amazing community members who supported us.
Also, a big thank you to all the businesses that donated items to our draw basket which greatly help us in continuing the Ambassador program in the community.
The Christmas tree was absolutely beautiful at the annual tree light up. Santa even came out to give presents to all the good girls and boys, and the hot chocolate was very much appreciated.
On Dec. 14, we attended the Breakfast with Santa held at the Lions Hall. It was a huge success, all the kids came out and had a blast, as we did as well. We even managed to visit with Santa and found he really is “jolly”.
Now we are excited about a new year, and can’t wait for all the new events we will be attending and representing the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association, Barriere, and the North Thompson Valley.
