At the June 9, Thompson Nicola Regional District (TNRD) Board of Directors’ Meeting the Board approved the expenditure to a maximum of $100,000 from the Federal Gas Tax Funds, to replace the 1978 fire truck owned by the McLure Fire Fighters and Recreation Association with a more energy efficient model.
