Barriere’s Terry Fox Run organizers are encouraging both young and old to step up and participate in a virtual run for the 40th anniversary of the Marathon of Hope on Sept. 20.
A social distancing tent will be set up in downtown Barriere to sell commemorative t-shirts, accept donations and inform potential participants of virtual registration for the run, which will feature the theme, One Day. Your Way.
The Terry Fox Run booth will be at AG Foods between 3 pm to 6 pm until Friday, Sept. 18 or 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday, Sept. 20.
