Every year the kids decide which charity they would like to contribute to. Each member with a market project donates $10 of their Ag Expo cheque to the chosen charity.

In 2017, they chose the Barriere Hospice society.

This is one of the ways they give back to the community that supports them in all of their 4-H endeavours.

Yellowhead 4-H members will donate from this year’s sales as well, but have yet to choose the charity.

4-H members will be selling their 2018 projects (beef, sheep, goat, photography) at the AG Expo Sale in the North Thompson Agriplex & Fair Grounds on Monday, Sept. 24, starting at 10 a.m.

If you’re interested in purchasing a project or have any questions, please come to the buyer’s breakfast in the curling rink at 8 a.m., prior to the auction.
