Yellowhead 4-H Horse Club win top award at BC Ag Expo

Winners of the Top Horse Club Aggregate trophy at last months BC Ag Expo event in Barriere, held Sept. 22- 26, was the Yellowhead 4-H Horse Club for being the highest achieving horse club. They also won the reserve champion award for the best kept stall.

Winners of the Top Horse Club Aggregate trophy at last months BC Ag Expo event in Barriere, held Sept. 22- 26, was the Yellowhead 4-H Horse Club for being the highest achieving horse club. They also won the reserve champion award for the best kept stall.

“Many thanks to so many who helped these youngsters all this year, and to the kids for their hard work – it really showed, and they were rewarded with the Noble Quarter Horses Trophy for Top Horse Club Aggregate,” commented one of the parents after the event. “We won so many awards I couldn’t keep track of them all.

“What a fantastic 4-H year. Also, a huge thank you to our 4-Horse Club sponsors, parents, and volunteers – without you this could not have happened.”
