The North Thompson Fish and Game Club Society received a second place plaque in May of 2013 from the BC Wildlife Federation for the 2012 Roderick Haig-Brown Memorial Completed Project Conservation Award plus a cheque for $200. The award was in recognition of the society’s work done on the Gorman Lake Dock project.
