To the Editor,
Let me be the first one to congratulate Wes Morden on his accurate prediction of the NDP majority win. He stated that he would kiss a pig with or without lipstick if it would help make sure that the Liberals didn’t win!
Well Wes, I don’t see any lipstick on you. However, I have a feeling that you are kissing the wrong end of the pig!
The theme song for this election should be, “Eve of Destruction,” by Barry McGuire (1965). Apparently the best instrument to accompany this song is the “Swine-ette”. That is a g-string stretched tightly across a pig’s butt!
I’ve never played the Swine-ette, but those who have say that for the best acoustics, it should be plucked with your teeth! Being there already Wes, you will catch on quite quickly!
In closing, I must say congratulations to Peter Milobar, MLA for Kamloops-North Thompson, for another Liberal win!
To all people in Kamloops-North Thompson who voted NDP or Green, I say congratulations on another wasted ballot!
