Barriere Secondary School Junior girls played SKSS on Tuesday, Jan. 11, but were defeated by 48-20.
Trice Tuaiti led the way for the Cougars with 11 points, and Nicole Huber added six points.
The Cougar Classic was scheduled for last weekend with the Senior boys to start play on Friday against Kamloops Christian School, and the Senior Girls play against A.L. Fortune of Enderby.
