New camera club in Barriere offering two day workshop with John Enman

Barriere area residents who are interested in photography have now joined together to form a camera club.  One of the first items on their agenda is to make quality photography instruction available within the area through facilitated workshops.

The first of these workshops will be held on Sunday, Jan. 22, and Sunday Jan. 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with professional photographer John Enman.  The two day workshop will be for those with digital SLR cameras and will cover a number of topics including using the settings on your camera and understanding what your camera can do for you, how to compose a good photograph, and much more.

Anyone interested in registering for the course or finding out more information about it, or the new camera club, is encouraged to call Shelley Lampreau at 250-672-5728.
