Reverend Brian Krushel recently presented a cheque from the North Thompson Pastor Charge, which includes Clearwater United Church and the Church of St Paul in Barriere, for $450 to the North Thompson Valley Hospice House Society. “This is money remaining from installation and coventry services when I began,” said the Reverend, who is new to the parish, “Usually it is given to clerical work, but hospice serves both Clearwater and Barriere, and so it is a perfect marriage of all those things.”
