Secondary students study the ecology of Wells Gray Park

Barriere Secondary’s Science 10 and Biology 12 classes enjoyed a great field trip to Wells Gray Park to learn about the ecology of the park. Students examined plant life found in the park and researched about the traditional gathering of the plants for medicinal uses. They also had fun hiking into and behind Moul Falls as well as viewing and hiking about Helmcken Falls.
