In the 1970s an average of more than 300 people died each year as a result of impaired driving. By 2017 that average had dropped to 65 people. That’s an 80 per cent decrease, but it’s still not enough because impaired driving is 100 per cent preventable.

Some people today seem to pine for those days and want to see a return to this kind of teaching.
