McLure cowgirl and recent Barriere Secondary Grad, Becky Bradley, who is attending Olds College in Alberta and competing on the Olds Broncos Rodeo team won the goat tying average at her first college rodeo on Thanksgiving weekend at Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek.

Her run of 9.5 seconds (good for third in the round) on Saturday combined with her go round winning 8.5 second run on Sunday secured her the average win and a beautiful saddle.

Next up for Becky and her brother Jake, who is also attending and competing for the Broncos, was the Lakeland College Rodeo in Vermillion, Alberta, on Oct. 15-16.
