Barriere Secondary School's Senior Girls Basketball Team are being heartily congratulated on their recent win, beating out St. Ann's Academy in the league playoffs in a super tight game to become the Senior 'A' Basketball West Zone Champions.
Barriere Secondary's Senior Boys ended up in second place in the league championship play, losing by just four baskets to St. Ann's Academy of Kamloops.
Both the BSS Senior Girls and Senior Boys teams are on their way to the Okanagan Championships this weekend,
