Thanks to Kamloops RBC (Royal Bank), and a large number of their staff, a hearty meal was served up free of charge to all who attended the RBC Buyer’s Breakfast on Sept. 26, at the Provincial Winter Fair in Barriere. The breakfast was served inside the Barriere Curling Rink, after which 4-H families, members of the public, and prospective buyers walked across the laneway into the North Thompson Agriplex to purchase 4-H and market lamb and beef. Auctioneers for the event say the sale was very well supported, realizing far better prices than have been seen at the event for a number of years.
