Clearwater RCMP report that a school bus driver, local to that community, has been charged with sexual exploitation under Section 153 of the Criminal Code.
The investigation began in January 2011 after police received a complaint of inappropriate action on the part of the driver by a student.
Due to a publication ban police are not able to release the name or details of the offence. The subject will appear in court May 2011.
