After lending her voice to the Interior Savings’ annual member survey, area resident Susan Bondar was the lucky winner of the $1,000 grand prize when her name was drawn from all those who had filled out the survey across British Columbia.
“As a locally-based and member-owned credit union, Interior Savings values the feedback and opinions of its members,” said Gene Creelman, VP of Marketing and Communications.
The Credit Union surveys members every year to determine satisfaction levels with the service they receive. Soaring at a steady high of 97 per cent member satisfaction for many years, the survey acts as an important pulse check says Creelman, but more importantly, it provides insight into whether the Credit Union is meeting its members evolving needs for financial advice, easy to understand products and convenient service options.
The input received from members like Susan Bondar will help shape the future priorities of the Credit Union.
