Thompson Nicola Regional District incumbent Bill Kershaw will be serving the next four years as director for Area 'O' winning his seat with 156 votes over candidate Mike Fennell with 88 votes.
Challenger Carol Schaffer has taken the seat away from incumbent Tim Pennell for TNRD electoral Area 'A' in a close race with Schaffer receiving 177 votes, and Pennell 164.
TNRD Electoral Area 'P' has also seen an upset with Mel Rothenburger winning with 512 votes against incumbent John Sternig with 444.
