B.C. Premier Christy Clark will be in Clearwater on Friday, to take part in a luncheon being hosted by the Barriere and Clearwater chambers of commerce at the Legion Branch 259 Hall. Tickets were sold in advance for the event.
Chief Rita Matthew will offer the official Simpcw welcome, and MLA Terry Lake will introduce the Premier. Clearwater’s own Lisa Lee Campbell will sing the National Anthem.
