Purchase, Redevelopment, or Lease of District Owned Property EOI #2024-01 – 4629 Barriere Town Road

The District of Barriere is seeking expressions of interest for proposals to purchase, redevelop, or lease District owned property located at 4629 Barriere Town Road in the Downtown Commercial Core – (known as the building that the Barriere & Area Chamber of Commerce has now vacated.) The District of Barriere is committed to supporting initiatives that revitalize, beautify, and improve Barriere, including facilitating development in the Commercial Core. Through the development of this property Council would like to see an improvement that advances economic development in the community and capitalizes on the significant demand on a variety of housing options.
