NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Pursuant to Division 7, Section 224 (2)(a) of the Community Charter, Council may by Bylaw exempt from taxes all land and improvements that are owned or held by a charitable, philanthropic, or other not-for-profit corporation. The following are the “not for profit” organizations that have made application for a Permissive Tax Exemption under proposed Bylaw No. 246:
