September 23, 1951 – October 19, 2016

Bruce joined his parents and many other loved ones in Heaven this week. Bruce was born in Kamloops, B.C., and lived in Kelowna for his younger years. His family moved to Kamloops and then to Barriere for forty some years, where he raised his family. We moved back to Kamloops and have lived here ever since.

Over the years, Bruce worked in Barriere’s local lumber mills; owned and operated Kaiser’s Siding & Soffit; was a faller (his favorite job) and a transport truck driver for Arrow Transportation for many years.

Bruce enjoyed dirt biking, hunting and fishing and LOVED to tell stories around these. Bruce deeply treasured his close friends. Computers, TV, and reading were also Bruce’s favorite pastimes.

Bruce leaves behind wife Donna, daughter Ali and her children; daughter Crystal; sisters Barb, Karen and family, and numerous relatives.

In Bruce’s memory, the family extends a warm welcome to join us in a Celebration of Life on Saturday Oct. 29, 1 p.m. at the Pentecostal Christian Life Assembly, Annesty Road, Barriere (across from the secondary school). A luncheon will be served. Pastor Naylor officiating. Following this we will move on to dinner served in Kamloops at 1064 Fleetwood Place at 6:30 p.m., where an open mic can continue. Please feel welcome to attend both celebrations, or one or the other.

Your condolences will be approved within one business day. You will need a valid Facebook account. Please email us if you have any questions.
