October 28, 1941 - October 26, 2021
Dianne passed peacefully the morning of October 26, 2021. She will be sadly missed by her husband Colin, children Pam (Ken), Michael (Sandy), and Nels; grandchildren Matt (Jan), Corrie, Kate (Joe) and great grandchildren Luke, Maddie, Lillie, Peter, & Jude.
Dianne was born in Squamish, the youngest of George and Lily Carson's 14 children. She married Colin in 1959 and celebrated they celebrated their 62nd anniversary this year.
Their married life took them to many places in BC. The early years were spent in Squamish, moving on to Pemberton, Green Lake, Valemount, Swan Hills, Richmond, Houston and finally Darfield. Dianne enjoyed all of her communities, especially the years at Green Lake Lodge.
Before her disabilities limited her activities she loved spending time mushrooming, camping and travelling BC, at times taking grandchildren in the camper van much to their delight.
Dianne loved visiting with her family - her children and grandchildren and her many siblings and their families. Family reunions were always a highlight.
She is pain free now, and at peace. She will be so missed.
