POPOFF _ Evelyn D. passed away in RCHospital on April 3, 2007, with loving family by her side. Born in Nelson, BC, raised in Vancouver she attended
UBC and later worked there as an administrative secretary. She also worked for Canada
Post where she met her love, Art Flood, and together they owned and operated Johnson
Lake Fishing Camp in Louis Creek, BC. Sadly, Art passed away shortly after their move
but Ev forged on for several years making wonderful friends and memories. Ev was
young at heart, had an adventurous soul and a zest for life. She loved her music and was
an avid reader with a thirst for knowledge which led her to SFU in her sixties. She
had a devoted friend/sister relationship with her cousins and will always be remembered
as a very special Auntie to Katie and Chad. Also missing her is her adored cat,
Gabby. As she wished, her loving family and friends all raise a glass in farewell. “Ev,
you have enriched our lives immeasurably. We love you and miss you dearly.” In lieu of
