On November 7, 2009 Mr. Francis (Frank) Duane Langdon passed away peacefully at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops at the age of 91 years. He is survived by his loving family: 2 daughters Tanya Gail (Terry) and Leia Anne (Howard) both of Barriere and 1 son Bruce (Maryanne) of Salmon Arm. Frank also leaves 3 grandchildren Darrell, Megan and Tyrell and several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his brother-in-law Ian R. Devlin.

Frank was born in London England on October 16, 1918. He had an intense love for wildlife, the outdoors, horses and dogs. In his later years, Frank was self taught in electronics enjoying this until his vision failed. He loved to travel by train. Frank had a passion for his music. He enjoyed trying to play his steel guitar and especially enjoyed steel guitar music. He also loved country music and music by his favorite, Marty Robbins.

Frank will always be remembered for his sense of humour and joke telling. He will be sadly missed.
