September 8, 1925 – June 18, 2017
Mom passed away peacefully on June 18, at the age of 91 years. Born in Inverness Scotland she came to Canada in 1949 to visit her sister Mary Fraser and what was supposed to be a visit turned into a life in Canada. She met and married her husband Robert (Bob) Mosdell on June 19, 1954.
Helen and Bob raised their family in Port Edward a small community just outside of Prince Rupert, B.C. before retiring to Adams Lake in 1981. She is predeceased by Bob in 1983.
She will be sadly missed by:
Twin sister – Anne MacDonald of Scotland,
Daughters: Leslie Morrison (Bruce), Betsy Meadows (Scott), Trish Chang (Randy)
Sons: Melvin Stevens (Beryl), Jeff Mosdell (Cindy), Doug Mosdell, Stephen Mosdell (Rita)
Several nieces, nephews, grand children, great grand children and great-great grand child.
A Celebration of Life will be held in October.
