Jerry Alfred Rathbone born February 21, 1946 passed away in Kamloops March 6, 2009. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, mom, dad and sister and is survived by his loving wife Laurie, 2 sons and 1 daughter, brothers and sisters.

A man who loved life
Until the Very End.
His life was full of journeys not all could be told
But his loving wife Laurie will not let them get old
Whether Carnie or Crazy with a pool cue or a gun
She knows the stories and they’ll never be done.
He was always laughing with you
No matter how sick the joke or prank you would do
He’d give you a slap or say Bite Me
Then laugh out loudly and say Wee Wee Pee Pee.
He loved his cabin up at Smith Lake
The joy that it gave couldn’t be faked
Sharing its beauty with all that came
He’d take you fishing or hunting for game.
He partied up there whenever he could
No matter the season there always was wood
To kindle your fire or cook up your meal
Now it’s time to party or whatever you feel.
His faces were many but all have his Name
As can be seen on ANY wall of Shame
He always made you laugh no matter the day
Especially at parties cause he liked it that way.
Now that he’s gone we’ll miss him dearly
From his funny faces, funny deeds and most clearly
His Love & His Friendship & His Integrity.
