Marjory Davis McGill passed away Dec. 23, 2002, at the age of 80. Born in Chilliwack, B.C., Marjory resided there and worked in the bakery for many years. She then moved to Enderby where she worked in the local bakery.
She moved to Kamloops in 1988 to help take care of her sister, Jean. In August 1999 she moved to Barriere where she made her home until the time of her passing.
She is survived by nephews Jim Davis of Chilliwack, Charles Davis (Glynis) of Campbell River, B.C., and Tom Davis (Vicky) of Barriere and her great nieces and nephews Charlene, Carla, Erin, Krissy, Corey, Charlie, Justin and Deana. She was predeceased by her parents and sisters Janet and Jean, her brother Harry, and nephews Robert Davis and Harry Davis.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at the Kingdom Hall in Barriere, B.C.
A tea followed in the basement of the hall. Should friends desire, donations to a charity of their choice in memory of Marjory would be appreciated. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Schoening Funeral Services, Kamloops.
