Robert Hazlett 'Hazel' Bigham passed away peacefully in Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home on May 23, 2010.
Beloved father of Carroll (Ted) Scott, Isabel Sawich, Robert Bigham, Marie Turner, Elizabeth Frocklage (Gary Lawson), and the late Dorothy Uppenborn.
Hazel was born February 27, 1917, at Criss Creek, B.C., the son of John Henry and Charlotte Catherine (Zinger) Bigham.
On December 20, 1939, Hazel married Norma Winnifred Pawloff of Kamloops, B.C.
Hazel was predeceased by his wife Norma, daughter Dorothy, parents Henry and Charlotte, brothers Clifford, Philip and sisters Ethel Urena “Rena”, Eva and son-in-law John Sawich.
No formal service by request. In place of service, a tea will be held on Saturday, June 5th, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the North Thompson Fall Fair Hall, Barriere, B.C. For information please contact Donna Kibble; Ph. (250) 672-5672.
