The North Thompson Indian Band regrets to note the passing of Shawn Lewis Eustache.
Born Feb. 20, 1984, son of Ralph McDougall and Josephine (Dodie) Eustache and his natural parents Marlene Anne Eustache and Robert Bailey, Shawn passed away suddenly Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002.
As well as his parents Shawn leaves his brother (Gaylord) Leon Eustache (Carol).
He was predeceased by his brother Lonny James Eustache, grandfather Angus Patrick Eustache, aunts and uncles Walter, Gloria, Nancy and Angus, Jr.
He leaves his grandparents Helen Eustache and William Pete, Basil Denault, Gramma Marge Yamelest.
He leaves many other close brothers and sisters: Rodney E. (Loretta), Donavan E., Kevin E. (Cindy), Leeann E., Lisa and Lynn Guitard, Natasha, Randall and Sadie Lawrence, Mike and Angela Pete, Shannon Boyce, Will McKay, Greg Eli, Kaine Abel, Grant Boyce, Art and Jay Kenoras.
There are many others he considered brothers that are not mentioned. Aunts and Uncles: Frank E. (Eleanor), Charles E., Pearl E. (Don), Tom E. (Corinna), Rita J., George C. (Mady), Frank C. (Lenore), Joyce J. (Joe), Rick M. (Ruby), Sandi J. (Rick), Larry M., Darrell (Nadine), Doug, Len, Will (Claudette), Dave (Carol), Della, Lucy.
He had many other aunts and uncles not mentioned in Chu Chua, Skeetchestn, Canim Lake, Chase and Kelowna.
A wake was held Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2002, at a family home at Chu Chua.
Funeral services were held from Chu Chua Community Hall Thursday morning, Nov. 28, 2002, with Father Nicholas Forde officiating.
