On May 5, 2003, Tina Louise Scott of Wellington, New Zealand, beloved daughter of Carroll and Ted Scott of Barriere.
Tina will be sadly missed by her son Ruruwhenua Rangitaawa of New Zealand, her sisters Joni (Wayne) Blohm, Shelly (Jeff) Nicholson, Michele Scott, Janine Scott (Toni), her brother Randy (Tracy) Scott, grandfathers Hazle Bigham and Toni Uppenborn, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Tina graduated from Barriere Secondary School and earned her B.A. in English from UBC. She went to Botswana, Africa, where she taught English for three years. She met her husband Brian there and they settled in New Zealand where Ruru was born. She resided there until her passing.
