June 10, 1923 – February 24, 2008
Tom was born at Ciceros Creek to John and Marie Stewart.
Tom joined the army at 18 and was wounded and sent back to Canada on a hospital ship. He spent 18 months in Shaughnessey Hospital in Vancouver.
Tom is survived by three daughters Diane, Gail, and Donna; two sons Harold and Bill; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by two sisters Ada and Marjorie. Tom was a charter member of the Barriere Legion Branch #242.
A grave-side service will be held on April 15 at 11 a.m. followed by a tea in the Barriere Legion hall.
