On March 2, 2016, Bill passed away peacefully at Royal Inland Hospital, in Kamloops.
He will be sadly missed by one son, three daughters, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was predeceased by his wife Sharon Passey.
Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved to feed the birds.
