To the editor;
Barriere has been my home for almost 35 years, and I am very sad to be moving to the Island.
I have enjoyed living here and getting to know all the many nice people over those years, from the wonderful medical people who looked after me, to all the local business folks I have dealt with over the years.
All the hospice workers have been especially caring and helpful, and you deserve an extra special thank you for all your kindness and caring over the last few years.
I will have a special spot in my heart for Barriere; and I am taking wonderful memories of my special friends with me when I move.
